In the middle of the bridge

I walked down the river. It goes from south to north, the border between east and west.

I was standing there, the water brown, thunderous, constantly moving.

I felt like being on the turning point, like the compass without needle.

The river was there before the time was counted into years and will allways be there.

I am standing on the turning point. Click - and it is all over.
